Exchanges and Refunds 

Refunds/exchanges are offered within 3 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.  

Bracelets, Candle Holders, Gift Certificates, Bundle Deals and Buy 4, get the 5th free sale items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.  

However, if the item is damaged in delivery or if you receive the wrong item, please email me at emerald11crystals.com so that we can evaluate the issue.
